Microtech Gefell GmbH presents it`s famous CMV 563 with M 7 S at the AES in New York.

The relaunched version of the CMV 563 and M 7 S will be available in July 2012.

The M 7 S is an original Gefell manufactured capsule and still use the same construction and material like developed in the 50`s.

The microphone is a modular system and use the standard Gefell tube amplifier with the EF86 tube.

The CMV 563 as well as the M 7 S is backwards compatible to the old versions of the M 7 S and CMV 563.

That means you can use the old M 55 K, M 7, M 8, M 9 with the new model.
